A pop-up backdrop display behind the stage or in a designated photo area is now expected at most Singapore graduation ceremonies — it is the single most-photographed print element at any academic event. Lanyards for staff and VIP guests provide quick visual identification and reinforce the institution branding on every coordinator visible at the ceremony. Printed table cards for reserved seating sections and faculty tables complete the venue dressing.
