Our inkjet printed products are printed with Mimaki UCJV300 Series
It produces Vibrant print. As UV has higher color density than solvent, UV print can create a more vivid color expression. The color brightness of UV is the key to add value to created signs. No Lamination is needed

You can design any shape.
The material is 5mm compress foam (white). After printing, it will be cut to shape using oscillating flatbed cutter to ensure precision. Watch how placard are produced in Expressprint.

UCJV300/150 can create more vivid expression with a higher color density. High color density print is not easy by solvent as the property of taking time of drying for ink bleeding.
The ink “Flexible UV Ink” has 200% stretchability after curing. The ink film retains the print quality, and will not crack even when printed materials are bent or stretched during post-print processes.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
