Each sleeve is printed in full colour on gloss art card, finished with lamination or varnish to protect the print, then die-cut, creased and folded into a jacket for your disc. It is a lighter, slimmer and more affordable alternative to a plastic jewel case, and the whole outer surface is yours to brand. Printing and finishing are applied on the coated side of the card, which forms the outside of the sleeve.
Gloss Art Card 210 / 260 / 300gsm (1 side coated)
Smooth, glossy outside with an uncoated inside. 210gsm is the lightest option; 300gsm feels firm and protective.
Gloss Art Card 230 / 250gsm (2 side coated)
Coated on both sides for a clean finish inside and out — a balanced everyday choice.

Gloss water-based varnish

Every sleeve is die-cut and creased as standard, so it folds cleanly without cracking.
Add a transparent OPP oval seal (20mm × 15mm, unprinted) to keep each sleeve closed. You get one seal per sleeve ordered, so discs stay inside when they are posted, stacked or handed out.
Order from 250 to 1,000 sleeves in steps of 50. The price per sleeve falls as quantity rises, so compare 500 and 1,000 pieces in the calculator if you expect to distribute more over time.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
