Printed on 0.75mm rubber magnet using UV ink, ExpressPrint’s magnetic posters are built for both indoor display and outdoor use — including car doors, lorry panels and van sides. They cling firmly to steel and iron surfaces without adhesive, and peel off cleanly without leaving residue on your paint or surface.
Both options are printed on the same 0.75mm rubber magnet with UV ink. The difference is format:
Magnetic Poster
Rectangular format from 60cm up to 500cm in length. Ideal for vehicle panels, lorry sides, shop fronts, steel doors and large display areas.
Magnetic Cutout
Custom-shaped within a 50×70cm sheet. Ideal for branded shapes, logo cutouts and shaped promotional displays.
Magnetic posters adhere to ferrous (iron-containing) steel surfaces — car doors, lorry panels, van sides, metal filing cabinets, steel doors, steel shelving and magnetic whiteboards. They will not hold on aluminium, fibreglass, plastic or wood.

All magnetic posters at ExpressPrint are printed using UV ink on our Mimaki UCJV300 UV inkjet — the same machine used across our large format range. UV ink delivers higher colour density, greater vibrancy and fade resistance compared to solvent printing. It withstands Singapore’s heat and humidity without lamination, making it fully suited for outdoor and vehicle use.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
