Boxboard Grey Back 300gsm, printed in full colour on the front, UV varnished, creased and punched with a 6mm hole for hanging.
Monthly sheets
12 sheets of Simili 60gsm, printed in full colour on one side.
Binding
The header and monthly sheets are side stitched together.
RHC 001 — Medium
150mm × 150mm (height × width). Compact enough for a small wall or partition.
RHC 002 — Large
206mm × 230mm (height × width).
RHC 003 — Extra Large
260mm × 265mm (height × width). The biggest option for maximum visibility.

With ready-made content, order from 50 to 5,000 sets — 50, 100, 150, 200, then 300 to 1,000 in steps of 100, then 1,500, 2,000 and up to 5,000. Custom content starts at 1,000 sets. One header design applies to each order.
Your header is the part people see every day, so give your logo, tagline and contact details room to breathe. Leave space clear around the 6mm hanging hole near the top.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.

Delivery
