178mm × 165mm (H × W). A classic round fan — simple and easy to design for.
Small PFS 002 — rounded heart-like
178mm × 165mm (H × W). Soft, friendly outline — popular for weddings and family events.
Small PFS 003 — cloud / scalloped

Medium PFM 001 — wide oval

Gloss Art Card 310gsm
Available on the small fans. Light and firm — a good choice for high-volume giveaways.
Gloss Art Card 360gsm
Thicker and stiffer for a stronger fan. Available on all models, and the card used for medium and large fans.
Gloss or matt lamination
Both sides are always laminated. Gloss makes colours pop; matt gives a soft, modern feel and less glare outdoors.
Handle assembled
Every fan comes with a black 121mm × 26mm handle already attached — no assembly needed at your event.
Order from 50 fans up to 10,000. Quantities run in steps of 50 up to 500, steps of 100 up to 1,000, steps of 500 up to 5,000 and steps of 1,000 up to 10,000. The price per fan falls as quantity rises, so compare a few quantities in the calculator before you decide.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
