Choose from 17 envelope models — ready-made white envelopes with peel seal, window and security tinting options, or full-bleed envelopes printed edge to edge before they are folded and glued. 110 × 220mm (fits DL)
Takes an A4 letter folded in three — the everyday size for business letters and invoices. Models EV4286, IS4286 and wallet-style OP8642.
102 × 229mm and 114 × 248mm
Long envelopes for letters, statements and cheques. EV4090, EV4496 and full-bleed OE4496, with or without window.
162 × 229mm (fits A5)
Holds an A5 sheet or an A4 folded once — good for cards, invitations and brochures. Models EV6390 and IS6390.
229 × 324mm (fits A4)
Holds A4 documents flat, with no folding — for reports, certificates and contracts. Models EV9013 and full-bleed OE9013.
114 × 162mm (fits A6)
Small wallet envelope for cards, vouchers and tickets. Model OP6344.
178 × 254mm and 254 × 381mm
Larger pocket envelopes for booklets, catalogues and bulky documents. Models EV7010 and EV1015.
Ready-made (EV, IS, OP models)
White 100gsm envelopes printed in 1C, 2C or 4C on the front, back or both. Most have a peel-seal flap — no licking or glue needed.
Full bleed (OE models)
Simili 100gsm printed full colour edge to edge on the open sheet, then die-cut, folded and glued — ideal for bold, all-over designs.
Window or no window
Window models (ending in W) show the address printed on your letter, so you skip labels.
Security tinting and slit
Many EV and OP models have blue security tinting inside to hide the contents — useful for payslips and statements. EV4090, EV4286 and EV4496 also have a security slit.
Choose 1C (one spot colour, such as your logo colour), 2C or 4C full colour, on the front only or front and back — for example 4C front with 1C back. Order from 500 up to 10,000 envelopes in steps of 500. The cost per envelope drops as quantity rises, so ordering a year’s supply is often the better deal.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.

We will check your files and proceed to print if no issue. If we discover an issue, we will contact you via email / phone call.
When the file is ready, we will send it to production for print. You will receive an email with subject: “Order XXXX has been updated to PRINT-IN-PROCESS“
* At this point, no further changes can be made to the order.
When your order is ready, you will receive an email with subject: “Order XXXXX is completed“
Delivery
