All ExpressPrint foam board posters are printed on the Mimaki UCJV300 Series UV-LED inkjet printer. UV inkjet produces higher colour density than solvent printing — more vivid, saturated colours that standard inkjet machines cannot match. UV ink cures instantly under LED light — no drying time, no lamination required. The flexible UV ink (LUS-200) has 200% stretchability after curing, meaning prints won’t crack or peel when the mounted board is handled or transported. GREENGUARD Gold certified — safe for sensitive environments including schools, healthcare facilities and food service spaces.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
