A die-cut business card is printed and then cut into a custom outline instead of a plain rectangle — your logo, a product silhouette, a house, a leaf or a speech bubble. It is the name card people pick up, show to others and keep. Order online with an instant price: choose from 7 card stocks, print one or both sides in full colour, and order from 50 to 10,000 cards. After printing, a die — a steel blade shaped to your outline — is pressed through the card to give clean, smooth edges. You supply the outline as a vector cut path, and we cut every card in the run to the same shape.
Your shape must fit within 40mm × 40mm (minimum) and 89mm × 54mm (maximum). In the calculator, choose the base card size — 89mm × 54mm, 86mm × 52mm, 89mm × 50mm or 86mm × 54mm — in landscape or portrait.

Custom die-cut cards cannot be combined with Spot UV, hot stamping, hole punching or round corners. If you need those finishes, choose a rectangular card instead. Very thin points and narrow necks in a shape are fragile, so keep outlines simple and bold for cards that last in a wallet.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
