Sublimation ink (full colour)
Dye is heat-pressed into the fabric, so the design becomes part of the surface rather than a layer sitting on top.
With sublimation, heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the fabric fibres. There is no raised ink layer to crack or peel as the mouse moves across it, and photos, gradients and small text all reproduce in full colour.
Extend your background to the bleed so there are no white edges after cutting, and keep logos and text inside the safe zone. On a round pad, keep key elements towards the centre. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
