All our customers are covered with our satisfaction policy. If our print standard falls out of acceptable policy, we will do a reprint. Kindly fill up the form below. If you are not satisfied with your printed goods, please contact us here within 5 days after receiving your order.
Please include your order number and reason for dissatisfaction. We’ll work With you to meet your Expectations.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, Expressprint does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling.

All our consultant should be able to anwser. In rare occasion where our consultant is unable to provide you with an instant answer, we will revert to you at the soonest possible time.

In order to keep cost low and pass the savings back to you, we conduct business via online only. The location that we stated is actually our distribution point. There are no consultant available.

During office hours, you can contact us via live chat or email. Depending on your purpose of contacting us, our consultant may contininue to engage you through (but not limited to):

  2. Screen sharing
  3. Telephone call

In general, during office hour, you can expect to hear nback from us within 1-2 hours. For enquiries after operating hours, you can expect to hear from us within the next working day.
