UV PP Synthetic Paper (170gsm) is the premium material for pull-up banner printing. Unlike standard paper, PP synthetic is tear-resistant, waterproof and dimensionally stable — it won’t curl, crease or stretch when rolled and unrolled repeatedly. The smooth surface accepts UV ink beautifully, producing sharp text and vivid colour that stays vibrant through repeated use at trade shows, exhibitions and retail events.
All ExpressPrint pull-up banners are printed on the Mimaki UCJV300 Series UV-LED inkjet printer. UV ink has higher colour density than solvent printing — more vivid, more saturated colour that stands out across any exhibition floor or retail environment. The flexible UV ink (LUS-200) has 200% stretchability after curing, meaning the print won’t crack when the banner is rolled. No lamination is required — UV ink is instantly cured and scratch-resistant straight off the machine.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
