0.80mm Gloss PVC
Solid, glossy plastic card with a credit-card feel. Waterproof and hard-wearing, so it survives daily use in wallets, lanyards and card holders.
Credit-card size
86mm × 54mm in landscape or 54mm × 86mm in portrait. Fits every standard wallet slot and card holder.
Full colour, 1 or 2 sides
Choose 4C on the front only, or 4C on both sides to carry terms, a map or contact details on the back.

Every card is round-cornered as standard — smoother in the hand and less likely to catch or peel at the edges.
Running a membership or loyalty programme? Variable data printing (VDP) prints different details on each card in the same run — member numbers, or a number plus text such as a name. Choose VDP on the front in the calculator and set how many variable fields you need, from 1 up to 6. Send us your data in an Excel file and we merge it with your design, so every card arrives ready to hand out. VDP adds 2 working days to production.

Order from 20 cards for a small VIP list, in steps of 20 up to 100, then in steps of 100 up to 1,000, and in steps of 500 up to 5,000. The price per card falls as quantity rises, so compare a few quantities in the calculator before you decide — printing a year’s supply of member cards in one run usually costs far less per card than several small reorders.

They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
