Order Status

Our system have 5 order status.

You can check your status via my-account.
  1. Pending Approval
    • This is the initial order status after you have successfully check out
    • You will also receive an email notification from us
    • At this status, you can still cancel or or replace files via ticket
  2. Print-in-Progress
    • The order status will change to Print-in-progress if your files passed through the preliminary pre-flight check
    • You will also receive an email notification from us
    • At this status, we are unable to adhere to any changes or cancellation of order
  3. In-transit
    • Once your order is ready, the order status will change to In-Transit
    • Invoice will be available for download from your account
  4. Completed
    • This status will be updated upon successful delivery.
    • * Note that you have 5 days (including weekends and public holiday) from the date of this status to raise any print issues pertaining to this order.
  5. Cancelled
    • This status means your order has been cancelled
  6. Pending Payment – Unsuccessful payment.
