Production timeline is stated in each of the product page.

Example: 3 Production Days

Order Day – The day of order placed before 3pm (during operating day and hour)
Ready – The day the product will be ready for collection or delivery where third party courier will pick up the next working day.

NOTES:

• If a range of production days are shown (such as 2-4 production days), we are not able to commit to the shorter production day.
• We will not be able to commit the actual day of delivery as we are engaging 3rd parties to deliver.
• Production Days exclude date of the order and date of goods received.
• Production Days exclude Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holiday.
• “Ready” is the day your completed goods is printed. 
• Delivery will take additional few working days for delivery.
• Order submitted after cut-off time will be processed the next working day.
