Saddle stitch booklets are the everyday choice for event programmes, school magazines, product catalogues, training handouts, company newsletters and annual reviews. Order as few as 10 copies for a workshop, or up to 500 copies for a conference or a mailing.

Choose from 8 to 80 pages including the cover, in steps of 4 (8, 12, 16 and so on up to 80). Each printed sheet folds into four pages, which is why saddle stitch page counts always come in multiples of 4.
Cover paper
Gloss Art Card 230, 250 or 310gsm for a sturdy cover. Prefer a lighter cover? Choose Gloss Art Paper 80–150gsm, Matte Art Paper 100–150gsm or Simili 80/100gsm.
Inside pages
Simili 80 or 100gsm (uncoated and easy to write on), Gloss Art Paper 80, 100, 128 or 150gsm, or Gloss Art Card 250gsm.
Cover printing
Full colour on the outside of the cover only, or full colour on both the outside and inside of the cover.
Inside printing
Full colour on both sides, or one colour on both sides for text-heavy booklets.
Your cover paper must be the same weight as, or thicker than, your inside pages.
Hot stamping
Metallic foil on the front cover in 1 or 2 colours — gold, silver, black, blue, green or red. Available for orders of 300 booklets and above.
Litho offset printing
Booklets are printed litho offset for even, consistent colour from the first copy to the last.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.

Our team then preflights your file (checks size, bleed, resolution and fonts) and contacts you by email or phone if there is an issue.

Delivery
