Reporting an Order Issue

All our customers are covered with our satisfaction policy. If our print standard falls out of acceptable policy, we will do a reprint. Kindly fill up the form below.

Note:

We handle print issue raised within 5 days of “delivered” status date (PH, Weekends are inclusive).
We may request for part or the entire printed products to be returned (at customer’s cost) to our warehouse.
In the event that a re-print is granted, the production timeline will be the same as if a new order.
Re-printed products will be delivered.
