AMA Casa Pressure cooker is a stovetop type and can be used with gas, induction, ceramic and electric. It is simple to operate due to an easy “open and close” lid design. Its ergonomic, heat-resistant handles provide a sturdy grip and natural way to use the appliance.
Now, you can cook virtually anything in a pressure cooker — from meats and main courses to rice, potatoes, and vegetables of every description, to dessert. Better yet, pressure cooking allows you to prepare foods up to 80 percent faster, on average, than conventional cooking methods do, which means you save energy in addition to your precious time. For example, nourishing soup can be cooked in 15–20 minutes instead of 2–3 hours.
A pressure cooker works by trapping steam inside the sealed pot. This causes the atmospheric pressure to rise, which increases the boiling temperature of water. How to use
1. Add food plus 1 cup (250 ml) of liquid into the pressure cooker. NOTE: Maximum fill is 2/3 full.

4. When pressure is reached, lower heat to maintain pressure & start timer to count cook time.
5. Release pressure!
NOTE: Keep fingers out of the way from the steam & tilt the lid away from you.
