Die Cut

A die cut is created by using a sharp steel blade formed into a specific shape, then cut through the paper.

Hot Stamp / Foil Stamp

Hot/foil stamping uses high temperatures to transfer foils onto the card’s surface via a metal mold. Foil colour available: Gold, Silver, Black, Red, Blue, Green See reference video

Round Corner

Round corners are done by using a round corner cutter. See reference video There are 15 options for you to choose from (only 6mm radius available). This is a very cost efficicient way. However, these corners are not as perfect for round corner done from “die-cut”.

Spot UV

As the name suggests, a Spot UV coating or “varnish” is applied to chosen spots (areas), of a printed card. This has the affect of highlighting and drawing attention to that part of the design, but it also provides the additional visual stimulus of having varied textures on a single printed surface. Lamination

Lamination is the process of applying a thin layer of plastic to paper or card sheets to enhance and protect the printed surface. Common types of laminate are gloss, matt.
