  Terms and conditions

All deliveries charges must be made prior delivery.

In the event whereby goods are not ready for collection or recipient is not available to collect cargo, we will contact you for instructions. If you require our delivery team to wait, each block of 15mins of waiting time is chargeable at $5.00.

For same day booking, the cut-off time is 1100hrs. Orders after 1100hrs will be classified as express service.

For delivery and/or collection within a stipulated time, the order will be classified as express service.

Charges for delivery to and from Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Naval Bases and logistic bases. A surcharge of $40.00 is applicable.

For trips that are confirmed, a 50% cancellation charges is chargeable for cancellation of pick-up. In the event whereby the driver has already reached the pick-up location, the trip is fully chargeable.

For diversified trips or 2nd attempt trip, each trip is fully chargeable.
