1. What type of payment modes do you accept?
  We accept cash (SGD), Local Cheque, Major Credit Cards (card must be present), Wire Transfer, Bank transfer and Interbank GIRO (subjected to approval)
   
2. Do you have 0% installment?
 

Yes. This is only available to OCBC and UOB Credit Cards cards holders with a minimum order of S$500 from us.

  • OCBC installment plan is ONLY available in Sunshine Plaza Branch. This installment plan has a maximum repayment plan of 12 months, subjected to the bank approval.
  • UOB installment plan is available in all branches except Sunshine Plaza. This installment plan has a maximum repayment plan of 6 months, subjected to the bank approval.

Can we have credit terms?
 

Yes. However this will be subjected to management approval. If you wish to apply for a credit terms , you may write in to:

  2. Brief write up describing your business as well as the amount you wish to apply for.
  3. Photocopy (front and back) of owners NRIC if applying party is a Sole Proprietor, Partnership or LLP Business.

Approval is subjected to management decision.

   
4. Do you accept credit card payments over the internet?
  Yes. We accept payment via Internet through PAYPAL only. However, there will be a surcharge of 12% of invoice value. This surcharge is to cover the administrative and exchange rate difference charged by PAYPAL.
   
5. Our company is not in Singapore. How do we pay you?
 

You may choose to pay us via PAYPAL or Wire Transfer.
