1. How do I place an order?
  You may place an order via email or in any of our retail outlets.
   
2. Can you send a sales person to our office?
  To keep cost low, we do not send sales person. If you need any assistance, please email us or contact us directly. One of our friendly staff will attend to you.

How do I get a custom quote?
  You may send a email with detailed descriptions to any our our branch's email. However, please leave a contactable number so that our staff can contact you for any querries. Please send the email to only one branch to minimise confusion.
   
4. Can you print jobs that are different from the standards formats that you offer?
  Yes. Please send us your requirement and we shall get back to you in the quickiest time. However, please leave a contactable number so that our staff can contact you for any querries. Please send the email to only one branch to minimise confusion.
   
5. How do I order multiple items?
  You may send in the order in one email stating clearly which items you are ordering.
   
6. How well will my job match what I see on my monitor?
  Most people are surprised at how well their job matches what they see. But because of wide differences in monitor calibration and the different technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor. Please see our FAQ-artwork page for important instructions on getting the results you want.
   
7. Will you match a sample I print out on my own printer, or a previously printed sample?
  At Exprssprint, part of the way we offer fast turnaround and low pricing is by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your finished piece will approximate your printed sample. This is due in part to the widely varying results from different output devices including inkjet and laser printers, continuous tone proofing devices, high-resolution film-based proofs, and different than true offset lithography. Even from one commercial printing firm to another, there can be significant differences in results. In particular, inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than true offset lithography.
   
8. Is there a discount if I re-order my job?
  Yes. It is only applicable to products using offset printing with no information change to the previous artwork. This does not include Offset Business Card Printing packages.
   
9. How do I send my files to you?
  You may send in the files via email (if its less than 3mb), thumb drive, CDs, DVDs, FTPs or through website such as www.yousendit.com
   
10. How long does it take for me to get the proof of my job?
  Normally, you will receive a low resolution digital proof via email within 24hours. This proof IS NOT a colour proof but to confirm that we are printing the correct files.
   
11. How long will it take to get my order?
  If you are ordering a standard item listed in our website, you may check the production timeline.
   
12. How can I get my order even faster?
  Yes. However, its subjected to the type of item ordered (not all items have urgent and super urgent production).
   
13. Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?
  Most of the time, we ship you slightly more than you ordered, free of charge. On occasion, we print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. Printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 5%. If you plan to send your print order to a mailing list or need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order 5% over the minimum quantity you need.
   
14. What if I want to change something on my order after I've placed it or approved the proof?
  You may still change the order. However, it depends on which stage of production the item is in. If the printing was done, you cannot change anything.
   
15. How do I view my proof?
  You may view digital proof vial emails. If you ordered a colour proof, you will need to physically visit our retail outlet to view.
